The "Lady Bugs" Youth Soccer Team had an easy game against the Soccerettes, and continues to be undefeated in this soccer season. The "Lady Bugs" machine was unstoppable. The score of 7 - 0 shows the nature of this game.

This game was played at Dover Middle School on Saturday, October 30, 1999. It started at 10:15 am. The field was muddy.

In the first quarter, the "Lady Bugs" team dominated completely. At the second minute Sarah, opened the road to victory scoring the first goal with a powerful spoon kick after a throw-in. A minute later, Taylour took the ball in the right side of the Soccerettes' field and assisted by Lisa scored the second goal. In the fifth minute, Lisa received the ball from Sarah and with a strong shot scored the third "Lady Bugs" goal. This quarter ended with a "Lady Bugs" early win of 3 - 0.

In the second quarter, Taylour was unstoppable, always pursuing to get the ball from the Soccerettes's defenders. Taylour scored her second goal and the fourth for the "Lady Bugs", with a straight shot after a rebound from a defender. A few minutes later, Taylour scored her third goal and fourth for our team, assisted by Sarah -who was in charge of the corner kicks. It happened after the corner kick when a Soccerettes' defender tried to clear the ball, Taylour took possession of the ball and scored with a soft shot to the left side of the goalie. This quarter ended with a score of 5 - 0 in favor of the "Lady Bugs".

In the third quarter, Lisa took the ball on the left side of the Soccerettes' field and with the assistance of Taylour scored her second goal and the sixth for the "Lady Bugs" team. A good passing of the ball among our team's players was evident in this quarter. This quarter ended with a score of 6 - 0.

During the fourth quarter, the game became slower due to the muddy field conditions. Players from both teams showed mud in their shoes and socks.   At the middle of this quarter, Bethany received the ball from Rebecca in midfield and with a straight shot scored the last goal of the game.

The players alternated positions within the game. Vanessa was the goalie for this game. Bethany, Wendy, Rebecca and Jessica played defense. The midfield was composed by Sarah, Rebecca, Gigi and Bethany. Lisa, and Taylour were the forwards in this game.

The "Lady Bugs" missed Corina, who was sick and had to stay home. Our players dedicated this game to Corina. Some players called Corina after the game wishing her a prompt recovery.
