This is another traditional Peruvian Huaylas. It was made popular by the Peruvian Group Las Chicas Mañaneras. These type of rhythms are predominant in all the popular festivities of the Andean towns of Perú.

The oral tradition in the Andean regions of Perú has played an important role in the cultural legacy to the new generations. It is through known dances and melodies such as Huaylas, that the traditions became alive generation after generation. This is another Huaylas from the Las Chicas Mañaneras group.

Note: Originally the huaylas was composed of a violin, a guitar, a charango, and a drum. The group Las Chicas Mañaneras a group of five singers with their musicians Los super Mañaneros updated this rhythm by replacing the traditional instruments with others such as: 1 Contrabass Saxophone, 2 Bass Saxophones, 2 Tenor Saxophones, 2 Alto Saxophones, 1 Soprano Saxophone, 2 Clarinets, 2 Electric Guitars, 1 Bass Guitar, 1 Synthesizer as well as drum snare.
